Christmas booking terms

Draft for client approval — Christmas 2026 terms, based on the Morecambe FC Christmas brochure. These terms apply to Christmas party nights and lunches booked online or with our events team. Our full business terms and conditions also apply and are available on request.

1. Booking and deposits

1. An enquiry with approximate numbers does not constitute a booking.
2. Places are only guaranteed once a deposit of £10 per person has been paid. The deposit is part of the price (£54.95 per person), not an extra charge.
3. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other products, groups, dates or events.
4. When you book online you confirm that the details you give are complete and correct, and that you have read these terms.
5. Once a deposit has been paid, extra places may be added at the discretion of the events team. The same terms apply to the additional deposits.

2. Payments

1. The final payment, and pre-ordered drinks or voucher payments, must be made no later than Wednesday 25 November 2026.
2. Bookings made after 25 November 2026 must be paid in full at the time of booking; no deposits are accepted after that date.
3. You can pay the balance, an instalment or another amount at any time using the secure link in your confirmation email.
4. If the final payment is not made by the deadline, the booking may no longer be guaranteed, and deposits cannot be reclaimed if a booking is cancelled for non-payment.
5. If pre-ordered drinks or vouchers are not paid by the deadline, they may be charged at the full rate on the night and lose any pre-order discount.
6. Bar tabs may be requested in advance and must be settled on the night by debit or credit card. VAT receipts for bar tabs are issued by prior arrangement.

3. Meal choices, allergies and special requests

1. Guest names, meal choices and allergy or dietary information must be completed no later than Wednesday 25 November 2026 using your booking link.
2. We cannot guarantee requests made after the deadline, and refunds are not given for guests unable to take part in menu choices because requests were not made in advance.
3. We will try to meet special requests such as table plans and positions, but cannot guarantee them; they are handled first come, first served once the final payment has been made.

4. Cancellations

1. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Once the final payment has been made, any cancellation is handled under the Morecambe Football Club cancellation policy. Any cancellation by Morecambe Football Club also follows this policy.
3. Refunds are not made for guests arriving late or not attending.

5. On the day

1. Party nights: doors open from 7.30pm, food service begins from around 8.15pm once your party is all in attendance, and carriages are at midnight. Lunches run from 12pm to 4pm.
2. The party or group name you give will be shown on your table.
3. Dress code is smart casual. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
4. All guests must be 18 or over. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy; valid ID is a passport or photo driving licence.
5. Only food and drink bought from Morecambe Football Club may be consumed on the premises. Other items will be stored at reception, a charge may be made, and we accept no responsibility for their loss or damage.
6. Vehicles left overnight must be removed by 10.30am the next morning. We accept no liability for loss of or damage to property left on the premises.

6. Responsible persons

The person making the booking is responsible for making sure their guests know these terms, and may be held accountable for the actions of members of their party that break them.
